KeyShotフローティングライセンスをアクティベートしようとしたときに、サービスが開始されない場合、Luxionのログファイルに上記の情報が表示されるケースがあります。その場合、以下の方法を試してみてください。フローティングライセンスのクリーンインストールを行います。

  1. Luxion License Server を開く。
  2. License Folder ボタンをクリックします。
  3. Stop Service をクリックします。
  4. サービスが停止したら、Luxion License Server を終了します。 ライセンスフォルダに移動し、フォルダ内のすべてのファイルを削除します。
  5. C:Program Files (x86)\Luxion License Serverフォルダに移動します。
  6. lmtools.exe を開きます。
  7. リストの中からLuxion License Serverを選択します。
  8. Config Serviceタブに移動します。
  9. Service NameウィンドウにLuxion License Serverが表示されていることを確認し、Remove Serviceボタンをクリックします。
  10. C:Program Files (x86)\Luxion License Server フォルダに移動します。
  11. Install Licenseタブをクリックします（フィールドは空のはず）。
  12. New Licenseボタンをクリックして予め用意したライセンスファイルを読み込みます。
