FlexNet Licensing error -1,359. System Error: 2
KeyShotフローティングライセンスを起動しようとしても起動せず、サーバーの状態を確認すると、以下のような表示がされる場合。
FlexNet Licensing error:-1,359. System Error: 2 No such file or directory"
以下の要領でお願いします。（PCのみ）
- Luxion License Serverを起動します。
- Stop Serverをクリックします。
- License Folderボタンをクリックします。
- ライセンスフォルダ内の全てのファイルを消去します。
- LMToolsを起動してLuixon License Serviceが存在することを確認します。
- Config Servicesタブに移動します。
- Luxion License Serverが選択されていることを確認してRemove Serviceをクリックします。
- Luxion License Serverを起動します。
- Install Licenseタブをクリックします。
- Install Licenseボタンを押してお使いのライセンスファイルを選択します
ライセンスサーバが作動しない場合は
- Luxion License Serverを起動
- Install Licenseタブを選択
- License Folderをクリック。
- フォルダ内にあるLUXION.logをsupport@helix.co.jpまで送ってください。
