Exiting Due to Signal 28 Exit Reason 5

他のFlexNetライセンスが動作しているマシンでKeyShotフローティングライセンスサーバーを実行すると、以下のようなエラーが発生することがあります。

LUXION) Lost connection to lmgrd, heartbeat timeout expired, exiting.
(LUXION) Heartbeat timeout is 300 seconds. Elapsed time is 2262 seconds.
(LUXION) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 28 Exit reason 5
(lmgrd) LUXION exited with status 28 (Communications error)
(lmgrd) Since this is an unknown status, license server
(lmgrd) manager (lmgrd) will attempt to re-start the vendor daemon.

これにはいくつかの原因があります。
  1. Vendorデーモンが、コンピュータ上で動作している他のソフトウェアとPortの競合を起こしている。
  2. デーモンと同じPortを使用している他のライセンスがある可能性がある。
この問題を解決するためには、以下の方法があります。
デーモンが使用しているポート番号を手動または Luxion License Server アプリケーションで変更します。

  1. Luxion License Server ソフトウェアを開き、ライセンスを停止します。    
  2. Set Portsをクリックして、デーモンにポート番号を入力し、サーバーを起動します。
フローティングライセンスをテキストエディターで開き、デーモン名の後にPORT=##### と入力してファイルを保存してください。

ネットワークアダプタの電源オフを防止します。
ウィンドウズ・ネットワーク・プロパティーの設定

  1. コントロールパネルを開きネットワークと共有センターを開きます。
  2. アダプター設定の変更を選択します。
  3. 使用しているネットワークアダプターを右クリックし、プロパティを選択します。
  4. 構成ボタンを選択する。
  5. 電源の管理タブを選択する。
  6. 電力の節約のために、コンピュータでこのデバイスの電源をオフできるようにするのチェックを外します。
  7. KeyShot フローティングライセンスが起動していない場合は、再起動します。
